Viking 12" Stainless Griddle And Grill Cover - CSC12USS

The stainless steel griddle cover is for use on the Custom gas/dual fuel ranges and/or rangetops with a 12 inch W. thermostatically controlled steel griddle/simmer plate or 12 inch W. grill.

Note: This item does not fit the 42 inch wide VGRT or the Portable Griddle. Only compatible with VGIC5 ranges.

The stainless steel cover with handle fits over griddle/simmer plate or grill. It does not have to be removed when operating adjacent surface burners.

cover did not fit appropriately on 48" 6 burner with griddle all gas self clean viking free standing range. had to be pulled to one side (after anchoring the other side) in order to fall in place. also scratched the finish on the drip pan. interior finish was poorly done
