Important to note that you must use high efficiency detergent and should follow the recommendations as far as air circulation in the room as well as keeping the door to the unit open after wash cycles to ensure that you don't experience mildew or mold as is common with front load washers. Occasional system wash with bleach, as recommended by LG, will assure odor free operation.

This is the best washer we've ever had! I really like the all the different settings and optional additional settings for the proper washing effect. It's never loud and every load has always washed perfectly, no matter what type of wash cycle it needed. We've had it for a year now and have never had an issue. It easily lets you know if you have an off-balance load, which is easy to fix. And cleaning the machine is super easy. The "end of wash cycle" alert is pretty sweet too! We don't have doors to conceal the set, so everyone that sees the set in the hall way always has to stop and admire them! They look like they cost twice as much as we paid, that's kinda nice. Energy Efficient has save us lots of money!

Bought this washer last year for black Friday. The price was fairly competitive when compared to other similar washers. The washer cleans clothes well and operates quietly. The different wash cycles available are just what an average customer needs and are not too confusing. The TUB CLEAN feature is excellent in cleaning out the washer and getting rid of odors while extending the life of the product.

We really like this washer and despite some professional reviews, it really gets our clothes clean with much less water use. The down side is the door is starting to leak some just 4 months out of warranty. We bought LG as it was supposed to be good quality, but maybe that is just on the motor. Anyway, not the end of the world, but we are disappointed given what we spent on this washer. Hopefully the leak does not get worse as it is a relatively small amount now.

This washing machine has features galore & works wonderfully. I love all the different settings available that makes it more personalized for my family wash needs. I love the programmable feature as well-saves time. I thought the longer time needed for the washing would be something I would not like, but as it turns out, it is not a problem and works out well for me and my schedule. My clothes have come out much cleaner and with less detergent too. The pedestal puts the machine at a level that is very comfortable for me to work with-no clothes left inside because I can see everything. I simply love this washing machine!

I had a top loader that washed faster (approx. 25 minutes) but my dryer (approx. 1 hour) could not keep up. Not they both take around 45 minutes.

I'm so sad to have to report my dislike of this product. It takes so much time to take care of this product. When using the hose at the bottom of washer, it seems that so much water come out and overflows into the "catch-all" drain. This requires a towel when draining the water as required in manual. Also the writing on the optional settings is hard to read. Not a satified customer. Not what I was told by sales rep.

The LG2350 Front Load Washer is absolutely the best washer that we have purchased over the past twenty years. This is a high end product well designed, performs as advertised . The spin cycle is quiet as a mouse , clothes are almost dry when they come out and use very little time in our matching LG Dryer. An outstanding product and we got a very good deal on the washer and dryer .We decided also to purchase the matching pedestals. The matching LG2350 Dryer has also done equally as well. The Wife is very happy!
