Upgraded from a Weber Genesis Silver that after 10 years still had some life left in it. Natural gas is a plus as we don't move the grill. It's just an extension of our kitchen.

I have only been using this grill for a little over a month. I grill out on the average 5 days a week. The Weber appears to be of good quality. I went for the stainless steel burner, flavor bars, and grate in hopes of extending the life of the grill. Only time will tell if I made right decision. On other grills I have owned burners needed replacement every year.

Service and delivery comments:

Grill came well packaged to protect it during shipment. Delivery guy had all the tools required to deliver it right to my garage. Putting the grill together takes a few hours and requires somewhat of a handyman knowledge.

It grills very fast

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery was lot better than I thought it would be, It was easy to assemble all the parts fit right so you can tighten bolts and screws up as you go, most thing that you assemble tell you to leave blots lose and go back and tighten later.
