Distance, and Less Fuel to “intelligently” calculate the optimum route, enabling

Lane Assist with Junction View
Lane Assist function guides you to the appropriate lane to be in for upcoming
junctions and interchanges, and Junction View displays a realistic view of upcoming
road details facilitating a safer navigation experience.
Built-in NAVTEQ Traffic NAVTEQ
provides real-time traffic data for over 90 major cities in North America, including
Canada. If traffic is congested up ahead or there is a road closure, the navigation
system will automatically re-navigate the route to show you how to get to your
destination, quick and easy.
Pandora Connectivity
A number of Pandora functions can be controlled from the receiver, one of which
is Bookmark Artist that enables users to bookmark the artist(s) being played
at the time. Other convenient functions include sorting operations such as A
to Z Search that categorizes station names in alphabetical order, and Sort by
Date that arranges and lists station names by dates registered.
iPod Connectivity
The My Favorite Albums feature of the DNX6980 allows the user to "flick through"
album art from a connected iPhone or iPod and create their own personal "Top
Ten". Up to 2,000 album art images can be uploaded to the receiver. Memory function
of the Favorite Album in Album Art Favorite Search is Kenwood's exclusive feature.
Built-in Bluetooth
With a Bluetooth-enabled Kenwood model, pairing the receiver with a Bluetooth
mobile phone is now easier than ever and once paired, phonebooks can be downloaded
into the receiver quick and easy. What’s more, phone numbers can be preset and
call histories can be stored onto the receiver for speedy access helping to
create a safer driving experience.
Color Coordinated GUI and Variable Color Key Illumination
Users can color-coordinate the background colors to their preferences and change
button illuminations using the Variable Color Key illumination.
