A warming drawer is no match for a turkey. Or a crown roast. That’s why our
new warming cabinet is almost two-and-a-half times the size of a conventional
warming drawer. 4.7 cubic feet of usable space means you have room to keep a
large whole turkey warm and moist while you finish cooking side dishes on the
grill. Two adjustable-height food trays are standard. Additional trays are optional
and may be added to tailor the cabinet to your personal cooking style. No conventional
warming drawer can match the warming cabinet’s flexibility when it comes to
handling different sizes and kinds of food at the same time. Food trays glide
fully out of the cabinet for easy access.
Water is critical to keeping foods moist. The warming cabinet uses two ample
and easy-to-handle water pans immediately above the heat source.
Like the “hot boxes” used to deliver room service at the finest luxury hotels
and resorts, our warming cabinet is fueled by up to six cans of Sterno® which
provide hours of safe, even heat. Light the number of gel fuel canisters necessary
to achieve the desired food-safe temperature. Six canisters together can do
this even when it is below freezing outdoors. The included thermometer inside
the cabinet is clearly marked with the food-safe warm storage temperature range.
