We love our new range
from Washington, DC
Comments about KitchenAid 36" Commercial-Style Stainless Steel Dual Fuel Range:
We renovated a historic home and purchased all Kitchenaid applicances and we couldn't be happier. The range looks modern and sleek, yet classic. We love the six burners, the varying flame size and the digital display to control the oven settings and timer is fantastic.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Truly enjoy this pro range. The style is superior and the functionality even better. It is easy to use and performs beyond our expectations.

I just built a home and selected all Kitchen Aid appliances. I purchased the dual fuel with the steam assist. I am very happy with this purchase. It gives me the WOW factor
We love everything but the cleaning
from Albany, NY, USA
We bought all Kitchenaid appliances for our new kitchen. We love this range. What we don't love is the cleaning. The stove top is accessible but not removable. In the past we have had liners that came out and were easy to clean in the sink. You can only clean these where they lie. The grill does come apart but is has many parts to clean and can get very greasy. One other thing about the grill is that like many grills it has hot and cold spots. Things cook much quicker at the back of the grill. Repair person tried to adjust this to get a more even heat but was unable to.
I would have expected better for the $
About Me Casual Cook
I have owned this stove for 1 year now. I am happy with the large cook surface, plenty of burners and the appearance, however, I can think of more cons than pros: The lowest oven rack is ball-bearing and tilts front when pulled out the whole way. Because it is convention, the oven depth is shallow, I cannot fit cookie pans long ways. When baking sugar cookies, it is evident the oven cooks uneven by observing the browning of the sugar cookies. Oven size is small: I can only fit a 20lb turkey and 1 casserole dish in it, not what I expected for this price. Front power burners should be in the rear for boiling, they are practically useless for simmering, I just cannot dial in the burner for a good simmer of vegetables. Oven racks get hung-up on the oven lights when sliding in an out. If this were equivalent to an expensive/luxury car (which price wise it should be the best of ovens) it would be discontinued.
