There are so many things a Samsung Smart TV can do with the QWERTY remote control--surf the web, watch your own slide shows and videos from a flash drive, stream movies, download additional apps, etc. I have barely scratched the surface of what the QWERTY remote allows you to do. Skype is built in also, but you do have to purchase the Samsung web camera which is the only camera compatible with the TV. The remote is a great product, easy to use. I was able to easily set up the TV on my wireless network using the QWERTY.

Easy to set up and so multi faceted for use on both sides that it's fun to play with while experimenting different uses. Basics of use let you play & learn functions without a manual. To me scrolling was easier than most computers.

I have been using this remote for a few weeks now. It definitively makes things easier when it comes to navigating all features of my Smart TV. It almost completely eliminates the tediousness of having to "type" by moving up and down and selecting letter by letter (some apps don't support the QWERTY remote but most do). I am not sure why Samsung would not have this as "The" remote that comes with smart TVs...oh yes they probably make a lot more money this way but in my humble opinion it is worth spending the money to purchase this remote IF you are going to be using the apps on your smart TV on a frequent basis.

You should purchase this product, you will be amaze how it works and how easy to operate.[...], Started purchasing 3, one for each TV, now I just purchase 3 more to use it with the Blu Ray Internet Disk. I use to buy always another tv manufacture which it use to be the #1, I have discover Samsung, and like Samsung is no other similar product

So easy you don't need any explanation; never less I would make a explanation on how to connect to the internet the easy way.

Aditional information: SAMSUNG should try to add in all their "Smart TV" equipment aditional memory or maybe a removable SD card where you can have diferent sites in memory, and solve the Flash viewing.
