We love the gentle curved design of our new whirlpool refrigerator. The inside is easy to clean with glass shelving, and has lots of room and compartments. It is great to store beverages in the door! Our favorite feature is the ice maker! It makes loads of ice in no time! One concern with purchasing a new refrigerator was the noise level--no problem with our new Whirlpool. We can't believe how quiet it is in comparison to our last model. Great Job Whirlpool!

We had some concerns about purchasing this fridge because of some of the reviews. We're satisfied generally but there are some issues. Food freezes near the bottom at the back of fridge above the crispers. One of the reviews I read mentioned this complaint as well so I guess there is a design flaw here When you close the fridge door there is a slight grinding sound as if something is interfering with the hinge action. The fridge came with a Fresh Flow produce preserver which for the life of me I can't figure out where it goes. Some of the smaller the door compartments are inconvenient to access. On the positve side the ice maker is working well which was an problem for one reviewer and the freezer is working well. The door compartments for bottles are handy. The big shallow covered drawer on top is convenient and hasn't fallen out like one reviewer complained. The appearance of the fridge is nice and goes well with the Whirlpool microwave which we purchased.

This fridge has a deli drawer in the center of the fridge compartment that is so poorly designed it makes the entire appliance useless. At first we thought we would just need to learn to manage the drawer, but it is now weeks and the drawer just does not function. Almost seems the drawer is the wrong size for the slot. Daily someone, opening the drawer in a normal manner pulls it out dropping the drawers contents to the floor.

overall seems to be a very energy efficient fridge. Feels solid. Great for basement, secondary, or even primary fridge if you don't need water dispenser. clean lines, fits well in second fridge application for us. if you are looking for a better than basic fridge, this is the one to get. largest freezer ratio, best energy efficiency. most features in its class. looks contemporary with its clean lines. electronic controls, glass multi function shelves, filters for smell, freshness, and ice cube taste! Ice cubes come out CLEAR, nicer than on my more expensive freezer in kitchen. QUIET too.

The refrigerator suits our needs for size and for a reduced use of electricity but the tracks for the meat tray and crispers are terrible. The meat tray track fell off immediately and needed to be replaced which took about 6-8 weeks to get the part. Now the tracks are staying on but the drawers come off the tracks easily. Bad design. If it wasn't for this I would give you a better review.

We purchased this refrigerator because we loved the size and look of it and we had purchased other whirlpool products in the past and had no problems. We purchased ice maker with it also and have had nothing but major problems with it and with filtrartion system . Ice maker has just been replaced and filtrtion system being replaced. as soon as parts are in. We have only had for a few months. What a HUGE disappointment this has been. Will definitely think twice before purchasing another Whirlpool product!!
