We bought this LG range along with 2 other LG appliances so all would match. So far we are very satisfied with this range. The multiple oven racks come in very handy - I especially like the glide-out rack for ease of putting heavy pans in and taking them out. Baking on 3 racks at a time worked good. I love the triple burner - finally a large burner that fits our large frypans and kettles! There are a few negatives: 1. The timer/alarm volume is too low - very hard to hear. 2. When we slid this range into the space from our last "slide-in" range, there is a gap on both sides and back. Is there a "trim kit" available? 3. The oven fan stays on "cooling" the oven for too long after the oven is turned off. The noise is rather annoying. Other than these complaints, the oven and burners work great. Very happy with performance.

Great looking professional knobs, adjustable burners, great looking appliance.I believe I have used every function from convection bake, broil, warming drawer everything works great.-what I don't understand is why 5th warming burner has multiple settings on dial, but only functions as on or off. Also it's a shame they do not offer a trim kit. Which is why I did not give it a 5

Very nice, professional-looking stove. Two annoying problems with this unit. First, the oven fan stays on for 45-60 minutes to "cool" the unit after you are finished with the oven. Even when you did not use the excellent convection mode. If your kitchen opens up into the family room like ours, the noise of the oven fan is VERY annoying. Way too loud. Totally unacceptable. We bought a very quiet LG dishwasher to have peace after dinner is done. The dishwasher is excellent, quietest I have ever owned. Too bad the oven fan is so loud and cannot be turned off. Second, it is a real stretch to call this a "two oven" stove. The lower oven is more like a warming rack. It takes half an hour to warm up to a temperature most foods need for baking. No broiling. My previous dual oven stove was from another manufacturer. The smaller upper oven heated up very fast and had broiler capability too. Having two ovens was a key feature we were looking for in a new stove. Definitely fails on that one. The LG oven's owners manual does identify the heating times for the lower oven. Unfortunately, one does not normally read the owners manual of every product they are considering. When you buy a "four door" car, you expect that all four doors are equally functional.

It is so professional looking. It cooks great, too. The convection oven is so automatic. If you normally cook at 350, it will convert to 325 automatically. I cooked a turkey breast and it was so juicy and pretty and brown on the outside, not dry at all. When you set the cooking time, the oven automatically turns off and lets you know it is done with a cute musical tone. What could be nicer. It has two ovens, but have not used the bottom one yet. Baked cookies and no burnt bottoms, what a treat! I think I will become a better cook as time goes by because it makes cooking fun. The warming burner in the middle/back is very convenient and handy. Easy cleanup, too. The blue inside is beautiful. I love everything about this unit. Glad I bought it.

Had been wanting a new range for some time and spent a lot of time reviewing features of various models on line. Finally decided on the LG slide in electric range with warming drawer. Couldn't be happier. This range was purchased to replace a 15 year old slide in range that had a grill and downdraft. Previous range still worked, but it did not have convenction capability and only two burners. My new LG slid right in after that previus range was pulled out and fits perfectly. No need for any edging strips or other work to the existing granite counter. At previous homes have had convention ovens. This is the first that really works correctly and takes full advantage of all that is offered by convention cooking. Love having a warming drawer to keep things warm while finishing up with other menu items. This will be especially important for my upcoming Thanksgiving dinner. Plain and simple, I love my new range and reommend it highly.

I used the self clean after I had the stove for 3 weeks. The oven went dark and you could not open the oven door. Three parts had to be replaced. It took 6 weeks to get these parts. So after having the stove for 10 weeks, I have been able to use it for 3.5 weeks. I would not purchase this stove again, and I am afraid to use the self clean again! We were told by the repair man that this is a known problem with this stove.

We love this new range! it is a joy to cook on it, and we are still exploring all the features. It heats up quickly and cooks very evenly. The configuration of the burners is nice; it works well to have the two large burners in the front. Also, you can use the smaller burner feature of either of the front burners if you have a smaller pot, so it makes it much more versatile. The only drawback - and it is a minor one - is getting used to the cleaning of the ceramic top.

Service and delivery comments:

We had a minor issue with the range when it was first delivered, and Customer Service was very proactive in getting it repaired quickly, going so far as to acquire a part locally to get it fixed after the ordered part got damaged in shipping. The delivery men were very careful and mindful of the walls and other furnishings during installation. The repairman, too, was very thorough and very careful.

Very happy with my new range. Convection cooking is very simple and seems to cook things much better than my previous oven. Looks are outstanding and it goes great with the other LG appliances I purchased. Highly recommended.

We saw the display model and wanted it right away, we were in the process of selecting new counter tops and the LG help with the decision. We have had it about six weeks and still marvel on how great it cooks. Burners are quick the broiler outstanding. Convection oven cuts cook times by 1/4 the time and the items are evenly cooked.
