The pre-sets are really cool. Love how it tells you to turn the food over at certain points during defrost. the fan is efficient. Very nice design. Perfect compliment to our new kitchen.

I chose this model based on CR recs and its great price. Install was straightforward. It looks great with my stainless range, fridge, and DW.

I was upgrading from a small countertop model and am astounded at the capacity and power of this thing. I have to relearn how to cook all my favorite foods in the micro. On that note, I wish the presets counted down the time and power they are cooking at rather than just continuously flashing "dinner plate" or "vegetable", etc. Every time I use one, it's a guessing game. And for some reason, I cannot select to cook 1 "hot dog"; the minimum it pops to is 2. Also, having to press the START button even when using the express codes and buttons is annoying.

I agree with others that the interior light in this unit is far too dim; it's practically useless for viewing food inside. I do like the Hi/Lo downlight and the multi speed fan, which is super powerful, albeit a bit noisy.

Overall, for the price, power, and capacity - this is a great value; with some reservations regarding the presets and the useless interior light.
