My dishes & glassware come out extremly clean. Having that 3rd rack really opens up the space for more dishes down below. I do have to wipe down as I unload, not a big deal. I just love how quiet it is! on another note, ABT install of dishwasher went smoothly. In and out in about an hour. Hauled away old dishwasher:)

Some reviewers complained that the dishes were not dry when they came out of the dishwasher. This has only been true on the express cycle for me. When using the other cycles like "Auto", my dishes are dry including the plastic items (usually). The reason may be that I put the dishes on to wash overnight or the door isn't opened for several hours after the laser light goes out. Even if I had to dry a plastic item, it is well worth it to have squeaky clean dishes. Dishes in the USA must be bigger or fatter than European dishes. The only recommendation to Bosch I could make would be to increase the distance between the tines.

The Bosch is somthing of a small disappointment to me. I didn't realize there was no drying element. That means I can leave the dishes inside for more than 24 hours and they're still not dry - nor is the inside of the unit and I find that uncomfortable...thinking about mold and mildew building up on interior. Also, I think the controls are a bit clumsy as you can choose only a limited number of functions and they are hidden at the top of the washer. You need to be very certain what you want the washer to do as once the door is closed, so are your viewing options. It has a very nice European look about it, but I think I would choose American if I had it to do over. The finish is a little off compared to the other stainless appliances throughout the kitchen. I'm not crazy about the loading arrangement on the inside, but keep hoping that I will acclimate and "get over it." The stainless steel interior is very nice. The young man who did the installation was OUTSTANDING. My husband and I were so impressed with his knowledge, ability, friendliness and customer service skills. He represents your company well. We've been doing business with ABT for years and will continue to do so. I wish I could give the dishwasher all stars, but I can't. Where I was once an avid cook, with a household of many persons, it has dwindled to my being just a casual cook. I don't think this particular machine would have served me well during my "avid" period. I haven't had the machine long enough to see what happens following a holiday meal. I keep going back to the non-existent drying element. I'm sort of hung up on that part.

The dishwasher dryers faster than others I have tried and does a great job cleaning and drying. The 3rd rack is a huge time saver, we put all utensils there and don't even use the basket, we didn't need it.

Great service from Abt. We needed an electrician to replace a wire that was previously installed and install a power outlet for the dishwasher, another crew with a certified electrician came out within hours, installed it and completed the job.

Quiet as they claim. Red onlight is actually useful because it is quieter than ambient noise usually. Happy I replaced what I had and spent more to do it.

The first time we ran the dishwasher we were simply amazed at how quiet it was. I didn't even realize it was on at first. Now, quiet is good, but we also wanted a dishwasher that would clean our dishes, and this one does that well. We love the cutlery tray. We are able to put all of our silverware and cooking utensils in the top rack and that frees up more room on the bottom for plates,bowls,etc. I'm amazed at how many dishes can fit, although it can be a bit tricky to figure out the best way to load bowls. We love that you can adjust the height of the middle tray. Overall we love this dishwasher.

Our delivery/ install technician was great. He arrived within the time indicated, was polite and was careful and thorough with the installation.

Overall we are pleased with the dishwasher, though it is smaller than our old Viking. People who say it doesn't dry well probably haven't read the manual carefully; if you use rinse aid (you can tweak how much it uses) and turn on the extra drying option, the dishes come out, well, dry, except for occasional small puddle on top of coffee mugs. Big deal.
