I replaced something that had worked well for years. It was good enough for 6 years, should be for at least 6 more.

Service and delivery comments:

UPS deliveries only come when I am working (80-90 hours a week), so I am never home. Unlike USPS or FedEx who will automatically hold my undelivered packages, UPS returns them to sender. I cannot sign the door tag due to some decision by the shipper (ABT), I cannot change the delivery method on their website, even after signing up for a login I do not want at all. I called them to hold the package, they told me to look up the shipper in the yellow pages and hung up. At this point I called ABT, and spoke to 3-4 separate customer service agents over the course of a week. I NEVER GOT CALL BACK. I NEVER GOT AN EMAIL. They were all very polite, but said they "would leave a note," and I never heard back. 80% of my frustration lies with UPS, but ABT could have helped by following through on their otherwise competent customer service. I would be happy to deal with ABT again, if UPS is not the shipper.
