This freezer is very slow to make ice. Any food left on the top shelf of the freezer gets freezer burned. It is very loud when it cycles on.

Refrigerator is running great now, but initally had a couple issues. Factory did not install a critical bushing in the fan. It initally made a terrible noise and worked for an hour before the fan froze up. Also, a water supply line had a hole in it. A technitian did come out and repair these two issue and the refrig has run great since. It is stylish and easy to use. Technician was prompt and courteous.

A delight to have in our kitchen...Solid build, awesome lighting, super quiet, and roomy. Temperature is perfect at factory settings, keeping food and drink at exactly the expected norm. Filters a plus. Ice dispenser could come out less forceful but keeping a cup or glass high on the pad does the trick. Overall, a leader in counterdepth stainless fridge in its class.

Fits into the kitchen very well. Works very good. Counter depth is great compared with our old fridge.

This is a great frig. The only drawback is the ice maker. It's a little noisy. I love the counter depth and still lots of room.

The fridge is a little loud at times. We are mostly happy with the fridge. The few minor things we dislike or feel are not perfect are outweighed by the positive aspects of the unit.

Door controls are a bit too sophisticated for the occassional user for the filter reset and tempertaure change operations. LED interior lights need to come on immediately instead of gradually glowing. Opening a dark refrigerator is not inviting. More shelf versatility.

Pros: the shelves are easy to clean and easy to move around. the noise level is low. the water dispenser is good. the freezer has plenty of space. Cons: one of the plastic drawers broke - whirlpool replaced as within warranty. the Ice dispenser flings Ice around even when holding the glass close to the dispenser opening - gets on the floor.
