We bought this dryer as part of a stackable washer/dryer set. We downsized to a ranch style home and wanted a stackable unit for a beroom we converted to a laundry room. The dryer is great! It drys well and is very quiet. The fact that it sits on top of the front loading washer is a huge plus! It takes up less space than a conventional pair, leaving room for easy access within the room. I am very happy with the performance of this dryer!

If you are looking for the perfect dryer that gets the job done quickly, quietly, and without the expensive bells and whistles, then this is the dryer for you. We were looking for a smaller dryer due to laundry room space and may even stack it in the near future. Although its exterior is smaller than most dryers that we found, the interior can still accommodate the laundry needs of 2 adults and two college students since it cut down drying time by almost 50% in our household.My only concern is the interior latch and plastic dialing knob seem to be inferior to other products on the market, but I am sure that replacement costs will be minimal if needed. Sound level is low and it is easy to use. The only annoying feature is the end of cycle chime. I haven't gotten used to it yet and it has been a month.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

We would have rated this a 5 except for one feature. To start the cycle two buttons have to be engaged, the power and the cycle start. I don't understand why one button isn't sufficient. Also, when we choose to end the cycle prematurely because everything is done, the power stays on until the power button is pushed.
