I wish it put out just a tad more humidity or my room was a bit smaller. It would get 5 stars. It works well and I am satisfied with it's performance however. Just a little more and it would be AWESOME not just good.

Had another humidifier that did not work at all. Abt was incredibly good about picking up old one and delivering this one. Would recommend this unit and Abt.

My son purchased this unit for me because I always need to humidify in winter. As an 88 year old resident in a care facility I needed something very easy to use. The unit is easy to fill using a water pitcher. The one flaw is that when the unit is full you cannot see the level in the sight glass. I accidently tried to fill the unit when it was already full and the water spilled out everywhere. Honeywell should try and fix that. I have only used the low speed since my apartment is less than 300 s.f. and noise is not an issue. All in all, the unit is very nice and provides needed humidification. The manual indicates that wick replacements may be needed quite often but have not had unit long enough to comment on their life in my area (near Chicago).
