Do not understand the negative reviews! My family gets clothes DIRTY and this washer gets clothes clean! Just have to READ the directions and take time loading the machine properly. If the clothes are super dirty less in the machine, not so dirty...fill her up! Love washing a whole hamper at a time. I did not purchase a matching drier.....didn't need it. Even though I am washing twice as much clothes they are coming out so dry there is no need for the bigger drier.

Does what a Clothes washer is supposed to do, Clean Clothes. Huge tub. My wife almost can't reach the bottom. Although I have only had this washer about 3 weeks, it is performing like I expect Maytags to perform. The only downside that I can point to is common to all high efficiency models. They take longer to clean than previous washers which didn't attempt to be super efficient. This new washer makes a whole new collection of sounds during operation. When it winds up for the spin dry, it does sound like it is ready to take off but it is still quieter than the previous washer. My previous washer (Maytag) lasted about 20 years, but didn't have any of the new features. I expect this washer to work as long. The Maytag dryer next to this washer is about 35 years old. It got a new gas valve at 3 1/2 years but has been pretty good since.

Fabulous. Holds a ton of clothes, but the cycle is long.
The only downside is that it occasionally stops with bulky or uneven loads and it takes some time to even the load out. Does a great job. Would recommend.

I must commend the delivery prsonnel who delivered thet appliances during a very heavy snow storm and literally had to shovel a path to the door to get them inside. The storm had made their schedule very late and difficult too, but they had no complaints at all. These gentlemen have delivered to our home before and were very polite, efficient, pleasant and professional in the service. The appliances are wonderful and quite an upgrade in technology from the appliances that were replaced. I would recommend ABT to anyone for their prices, delivery service and ease in dealing with all employees.

Great machine with phenomenal technology. Highly impressed. Really dirty clothes come out clean. Works far better than my 15 year old Maytag that used a lot of water.
