I would buy this product again

Great machine with phenomenal technology. Highly impressed. Really dirty clothes come out clean. Works far better than my 15 year old Maytag that used a lot of water.

Poor product

Boutght in 2009. Lasted 3 yrs and needs a new drum which cost about $300 for the part not including the install. I wouldn't buy Maytag.

This is a replacement for one with a faulty circuit board. So far it does everything as it's earlier Bravos model did, only a little bit better!
Can do two full sets of king bedding with no problems.

Washer works well

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery sucked. Had to take two days off. First I was told the truck didn't show up and the next day I was told the truck broke down.

I tried washing a rug- it stopped and gave the trouble indicater- LF- which means too long to fill, that wasn't actually the problem, the problem was, it wouldn't spin with the rug. This also happened with our King Size comforter. Those incidents were dissapointing, but overall, I'm very pleased with this washer.

Do not understand the negative reviews! My family gets clothes DIRTY and this washer gets clothes clean! Just have to READ the directions and take time loading the machine properly. If the clothes are super dirty less in the machine, not so dirty...fill her up! Love washing a whole hamper at a time. I did not purchase a matching drier.....didn't need it. Even though I am washing twice as much clothes they are coming out so dry there is no need for the bigger drier.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
