Product is perfectly compact....live in a small condo and this "little" machine does the trick!!!

I initially debated on making the purchase because of the $$$'s involved. So I thought about it for several days. However, with the seasons changing---hot one day, and very cool the next---I "took the plunge". So very glad that I did!

Since this Dyson heats and cools it "fits the bill".

Would purchase another without hesitation.

Delivery was quick. Had tech difficulties with pay pal and sales person worked with me and helped seal the deal. Had the deal all written up and was ready after I played with the credit card company.

First fan that arrived didn't work. It just died... I shipped it back and received a replacement with no questions asked in 10 days or so. Very happy with the product although I was freezing while waiting for the replacement unit.

I HAVE TO SAY VORNADO MAKES THE BEST HEATER BUT THEY BREAKDOWN SO FREQUENTLY & THEY DON'T HONOR WARRANTY. I HAVE THE TABLE MODEL OF DYSON BUT I KEEP IT ON FLOOR. FOR THOSE WHO COMPLAIN ABOUT NOISE OF THE LARGE ONE TRY A SMALL ONE (THE NOISE I SIMILAR TO A WINDOW A/C BUT THE TABLE UNIT IS QUITE, YOU DON'T NEED TO ADJUST THE VOLUME ON YOUR TV). I WOULD THINK THE TABLE MODEL WOULD HEAT ANY ROOM IN A HOUSE UNLESS IT WAS REALLY DRAFTY. I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE CORD NOT WANTING TO LAY FLAT ON THE FLOOR. IT IS VERY SLOWLY FLATTENING OUT. IT DOES DRY OUT THE AIR. I TURN IT SO IT BLOWS AWAY FROM ME AND THAT IS O-KAY. THE TEMPERATURE SCALE ISN'T ACCURATE AND HAS TO BE PLAYED WITH. THE FAN WORKS TO HEAT THEN SHUTS OFF UNLIKE VORNADO'S VAN WHICH CONSTANTLY RUNS WHETHER OR NOT THE HEAT IS ON. FOR PEOPLE WITH BIRDS OR FURRY CATS/DOGS DYSON IS MUCH BETTER THAN VORNADO BECAUSE OF THE SCREEN-LIKE QUALITY OF THE AIR INTAKE. DYSON WARNS ABOUT THE AIR HANDLER GETTING HOT, I HAVEN'T FOUND THAT TO BE A PROBLEM. THE REMOTE IS VERY SMALL AND DIFFICULT TO READ SO ARE THE CONTROL MARKINGS ON THE HEATER.

I use my Dyson Hot & Cool in my living room in front of my reclining chair & near my balcony windows. I set it at 78 degrees this winter & love using the remote control. Can't wait for hot weather to see how it will cool my place. Will probably give away my pedestal fan. Dyson makes superior products.

My bedroom has 6 windows. It was once a porch but the wall was removed so there is also a door leading to the outside hallway. There is always a draft even with my heavy duty insulated windows. The first time we used this we turned it up high and set the oscillator fast. Before long I had to turn it so it wouldn't blow directly in my face because it does dry the air but that little maneuver corrected the effect. Eventually we were relaxing like on a summer day. We love it. It bought my room up to 75 with no problem except the thermostat for the house is in my bedroom and we were so warm and toasty we didn't notice the boiler didn't come on since it was set at 72 and my poor tenants, my grown children, had no heat when they came in from work. The remote is a definite plus since we kept getting warmer and warmer and lowering the temp. I can't wait until I can test the cooling feature. This is a wonder.

We have 12' ceilings so it's hard to maintain an even temperature. This heater fills the void. It's quiet and powerful. Love that the remote attaches to the unit magnetically, doesn't get lost. Great product.
