This washer is one of those newer models with the energy savings feature (no center agitator), which I like; but it sounds like a camel in heat when it "agitates", I haven't gotten used to it yet, and I understand that washers are banging clothes around so some sound is expected; it's actually kind of funny. Other than this weird noise, this washer is great, clothes comes out perfect and the spin really gets the water out.

This product has great features. I like the clean care cycle as it allows you to wash in cold and it cares for your clothes as if they were washed in warm. This washer does not make a huge amount of noise which is nice. You almost forget your washing clothes until you hear the timer go off.

I recently purchased the pair and couldn't be any happier. They provide all the features you could dream of and are easy to use. If your looking for ease of use and getting the job done than this is your washer. I will never go back to any other brand. Whirlpool has made me a believer in their products.

I like the many options and features such as dispensers, timer, quietness. My clothes are so much cleaner and the big tub is awesome. Cons are tangled clothes (but doesn't affect wrinkling ) and I get uneven load error message even when I take care to distribute clothes.

Have used this revolutionary washer/dryer for 4 months now and it does a remarkable job. Clothes come out clean and virtually dry before going in the dryer. It's large capacity allows for bigger items and is ideal for the beach where you're always washing towels.

If you are looking to wash delicates, this machine may be for you. If, on the other hand, you have really dirty clothes, look elsewhere! The only "cycle" I can use to even come close to clean is the bulky cycle. It allows the most water into the machine, and from my 45 years of doing laundry- it's water that gets out the dirt! After my first few loads, I thought I had received a lemon. Two service calls later, I was informed that the machine is working as it is supposed to. Yes, indeed, it is- the only problem is that it doesn't clean truly dirty clothes. It pushes the clothes to the sides of the drum and balls them up. Whatever dirt gets caught in the balled laundry, stays in the balled laundry. I do not overload the machine, I use the correct detergent in the correct amount, two service men have verified this, and still I have problems. I would not recommend this machine.

Very disappointed in the machine. The water doesn't even come halfway up the clothes in the washer. The clothes are not turned over or vigorously moved around and it just doesn't seem like it can possibly get the clothes cleaned and, several times, it has not. I dislike having to examine each piece before it's put into the dryer. I know it is supposed to save water but if you have to redo the loads, it defeats the purpose. I dislike not being able to lift the lid during the cycle without going through a lot of button pushing.

We really love this washer but we have found a few things that annoy us. First, we have to turn on the fabric softner setting at every wash. Can't it remember we use fabric softner and keep the settnig? Also, we have a large dog and he loves to get muddy. The jeans he has left his muddy marks on haven't come clean after the first was or two. Other than that, it holds a ton and laundry gets done much quicker. It almost never goes out of balance and it has a million settings.
