Nice stove, decent oven HORRIBLE broiler

Comments about GE Hotpoint 30" Free-Standing Gas Range - White Finish:

The stove top and oven are quite nice. The oven is extra large so you have many options for rack placement. The stove burners are a little loose and the porcelain top feels like it doesn't close very well, so it seems like it's cheaply made, but the whole thing still cleans up quite well. However, the broiler, is completely unusable. The tray does not slide out when the door opens, so you have to pull it out yourself, and the whole thing is so badly made, it's extremely difficult to slide the tray back in. Something that's hard enough when it's not on, but impossible when you've got food in there, especially with steaks and burgers with all the grease. If I broiled all the time, I would have had to send this stove back.
