Many nice features for the price

There are a lot of nice features on this model, e.g. auto soil sensor, 5 wash cycles including overnight and eco-wash cycles, direct feed wash system, large capacity, and others. It has everything I need in a dishwasher. The only thing I'm not sure about is the filter system it has instead of a food disposer; I hope I don't have to clean it out more than every couple of months, not that it looks difficult, I'm just lazy. I installed it myself and that was fairly easy; although I don't like the hose-type inlet water fitting on the machine which made it difficult to attach the water hose without having it leak. The user instructions that came with it don't seem to be the right ones as they don't cover all of the cycles, etc. and is different than the one that you can download on line. Not a big deal but it's odd. It seems to clean very well and is quiet; you can hardly hear the pump running. It's appears to be a good value for the price and I like it very well so far!

The best feature about this dishwasher is that it is super quiet. That is its ONLY good feature. Since the installer did not show me how to start or program the dishwasher, it took me awhile to figure it out. A manual was not left for me either. The silverware compartment is a pain to deal with. You have to remember to remove it BEFORE you unload the dishes or the food residue that is not rinsed away from the dishes on the top rack gets the silverware dirty all over again. That compartment is also inconvenient when loading the dishwasher. I will NEVER get another dishwasher that has that kind of silverware rack. I HATE IT! I have it programmed to not heat dry the dishes yet when the cycle is done the dishes are way too hot to handle to put away. The door has to be open for 10-15 minutes to allow the dishes to cool. If the hot dishes are put on top of or next to the cool ones in the cabinet, the cool one breaks, REALLY! This product was designed all WRONG! Once the cycle is started, if you need to stop it for any reason you can but it will drain and cancel the cycle. When you start it up again you must start from the beginning all over again. That is very inconvenient. The front panel is not reversible or have other colors, or even a protective plastic. Once it is started there is no way of knowing how far it is into the cycle or how much longer it has to go, you just have to wait for it to finish. It just starts, cleans, and stops. Very plain, simple, and basic. No convenient features, no innovation, style or design. I am waiting for my first couple of utility bills before I can tell if it is energy saving.

I thought this was going to be a great item. I thought iit had to get broken in to start cleaning but after 2 months it is still not doing the job. Not even on light soiled dishes. If I had the money for an uninstall and a reinstall I would take it back.My next move is a call for service.

I replace my 30 yr old whirlpool with this amazing unit. Very quiet, large interior for tall items, large items fit very well. I like the removable silverware tray, you can leave it on the door or you can move it to the bottom basket. Either place the silverware comes out sparkling. Many wash cycles to choose from, depending on how much and what types of dishes you have loaded. As for pots & pans, I have always had to wash them by hand because either the would not be clean or they did not fit. Not anymore....they come out as if there is a built in scrubber! lol

Like that you are able to put large pans in. The silware basket being mounted on door lets you use the whole bottom, downside is taking the silware basket out to load it without pushing the bottom basket in all the time so it is good and bad.

I really like the design and the silverware tray in front lid. That gives more room. It is quiet, cleans great, doesn't leave water spots, and overall i just really like it. I have had it for 3 months and the price was in our budget. I just recently went back to college and my 2 teenagers don't mind doing the dishes now. I only have great things to say about it. It is also very easy to use.

In my household we do about one load of dishes a day. We have hard water which is rough on our dishes. I like the performance of this dishwasher and the looks are great. I like the room it Allows for-- our previous dishwasher had the silverware rack in the bottom-- it's crazy how much more space I have no, with the rack built in to the door. I don't like the cover for the silverware basket. There's nothing I can think of thy would be short enough to fit in the basket and still have it close. Other than that, for this price, I have been pleased
