I wish my toaster worked as well as other reviewers...
Doesn't toast evenly - tops or bottoms of one side, not entire side. Can leave controls set for two separate toastings of same loaf of bread and each set will toast completely differently. Because controls are automatic, if you lose power or unplug prematurely, toast will "get stuck" wherever it is, even if not all the way up making removal difficult. And if using a slightly larger bread slice (though I don't consider Brownberry unique), two slices won't fit side by side in a slot - they'll overlap.

Not a big fan of this toaster, though I do like the "beep" when the toast is done.

Better than previous toasters we've owned. Haven't figured best bagel temp. Either burns or doesn't cook properly.
Style is good, controls are great. Start button beats pressing handle down. Lift and Look feature is so convenient.

Handles oversized bread well. Finally I can toast only the insides of my bagels and not burn their toppings. I use Lift and Look feature all the time. Two biggest drawbacks are: 1) the counter space it takes up, and 2) generates too much heat to use it toward the back of my kitchen counter space directly under the upper cabinets. Have to pull it to the front edge of the counter so heat dissipates into the room directly. Are these drawbacks worth accepting? Yes, absolutely!

Make sure that you use the medium heat setting if you don't like your toast dark. Very easy to use and can take all sizes of breads. Luv it. I would shop at ABT again.

This toaster heats evenly and the lift and look feature is awesome. I've been through a lot of toasters and this one toasts bagels, english muffins, frozen or fresh waffles to perfection. Like the beep sounds to alert when toast is done.
Would highly recommend this toaster.

This toaster browns toast perfectly! It is so smooth in how it operates and I can fit my longer pieces of bread without having to cut off an end. Not all bread is one size and this toaster fits just about anything. It is an oversize toaster so that needs to be considered if you have a small kitchen or counter space.
