I love the cooktop. It is spaced nicely, has great basic features and is silent. I love the oval burner, but have been unable to use it in its standard configuration. This unit should come with a standard griddle.

We are absolutely enjoying our new Whirlpool Gold® 36-inch Gas Cooktop with 17,000 BTU Flex Powerâ„¢ Burner. We all love to cook in my home, and everyone has found the burner features meet a wide variety of cooking needs - from very low simmer to the high BTU burner output for large pots and stir-frys. Easy ignition and very good burner control, plus it is a very easy surface to clean - it always looks just like new.
