Burn calories and fat with 10 Weight-Loss Workouts, then push your limits with 10 Performance Workouts that deliver maximum results.  Keep track of your heart rate with the dual-grip EKG heart rate monitor, built into the handlebars.  This will help you stay within your target heart rate zone. 

Since the elliptical machine works both your arms and legs, you will get a total-body, low-impact workout with upper-body workout using your arms.  Using the elliptical will force you to use your entire body, and since its low impact, you can be gentle on your feet, knees and joints.

Unlike previous elliptical machines, the ProForm 710 offers 20 digital resistance levels that will adjust to your required workout levels.  Adjustments made with the Silent Magnetic Resistance (SMR), adjusts the machine for either a smoother, or a more difficult workout, based on your desires.
