I have used this Epson scanner to digitize 35mm slides, photos and pictures from books. I have been absolutely 100% pleased with the performance. I wish I had discovered it earlier.

I recently updated my scanner, I used to have the V33 (which was perfect in itself) but it was time for bigger and better things! So far using the V330 has been wonderful. I love that I can scan all my negatives and they come out looking great. I have scanned pictures - documents - slides and negatives and haven't had a problem yet. I highly recommend this scanner for people who are looking to de clutter all that paper work or people who want to scan thousands and thousands of pictures because this scanner will keep up with out a doubt. I have never had a single problem with this scanner or its little brother the V33. They are excellent machines and can take on any amounts of work you through its way. Buy it. You will not regret it.

I bought the scanner mainly for b & w negatives, it took about 45 min to firgure out but once i did, its been a breeze, scans take a while at the higher resolution, but for the price...i expected that. havn't played with all the features yet but so far this is doing exactly what i bought it for

Epson did a great job of analyzing via phone my new scanner to determine that it was defective and promptly sent me another one. I returned the defective one using the box and label that they sent. However, they never acknowledged that they received the defective scanner. This was a concern since they withheld a payment that I would be charged if the defective scanner was not returned in a reasonable time period. It would be a simple process to email me or call to acknowledge that the exchange was complete.

Have not had a chance to use it a whole lot; but one thing that really stuck out is that it really does eliminate the brown background in some of my old pictures.

Love this scanner. Creating photos from old film negatives is a snap. We had to submit PDF's recently for a school scholarship and thank god we had this scanner. Very easy to use either on fully automatic or manual this is one more Epson product that makes working with home and business documents and photos a no-brainer! My 3rd scanner and by far the best and super user friendly.

I bought this scanner to convert about a thousand 35mm slides to digital files in my computer. I'm about half done and couldn't be happier with the results. The scanner and included software work great converting the slides, negatives, photos and some text files.

So far, so good. Interface with Win7 works without argument, although naming of files (same as earlier saves with new number) befuddles me. Don't know how to stop Perfection from doing that.

I've been using this scanner occasionally for a year or so now, and I absolutely love it! Having previously struggled with another company's 3-in-1 scanner, this Epson works like a dream, with marvelous color and detail. For some reason, the images always show up upside-down, so I just use scan everything upside-down of how I would expect, and then the image is right-side up on my computer. But besides that, I'm very, very happy with this scanner and would recommend it to anyone.
