A Great Icemaker
This icemaker will fill the ice bin over night. I swap my old and new ice bins. This way, I always have plenty of ice on hand.

This item shipped quickly. After reading the installation instructions I was intimidated. However, the unit installed quickly and easily in 15 minutes and works great! I saw no mention of a copper tubing installation kit in any of the adds but it is required, so have one on hand when your product arrives so you are ready to enjoy this fine product as soon as it arrives.

This ice maker went in very easy. Just remember to lower the shelf before you install it. It won't immediately fill with water. You need to leave it overnight to fill and make ice. Remember to throw out the first tray of cubes to allow the system to purge and clean itself. These might taste bad.

Exceeded Expectations

My original icemaker quit working after five years so I ordered this kit as a replacement. The kit included the icemaker and the solenoid valve, so I installed both. I primed the icemaker by pouring a small amount of water in the tray by hand. The next morning the ice holder was full. A demonstration of the installation procedure can be found on u-tube.
The delivery was on time and the contents were in factory condition.

Was easy to install. We bought a garage upright freezer that had ice maker capability built-in. This is a large capacity ice maker and works great as a back up for the small one in our smaller counter depth fridge.
