Why do so many people complain about an inexpensive dryer not having the bells and whistles of dryers that cost twice as much? What do they expect?

As far as "inexpensive dryers" go, this one works just fine. Only issues (NOT complaints) are the flimsy lint filter as others have mentioned, and an end-of-cycle buzzer that goes on too long. Nice that you can adjust the volume on it.

For the price, we got exactly what we expected. Nothing more, but also, nothing less. It works fine so far.

Service and delivery comments:

Abt rocks... that's why they have a following across secveral states in the Midwest. We redid our entire kitchen using appliances from them, and plan to do the same soon as we update/upgrade our home theater.
