I love this washer! I was doing laundry every day of the week, but now I do laundry 2 days a week. I am fascinated how it works. I was skeptical at first that clothes could really get clean, using less water, but my clothes come out so fresh and clean and faster than I would have thought. Most of all, I love the melody that plays when my laundry is done - so much better than that annoying buzzer of the old washer. At first the many settings confused me, but it took a very short time to figure out. I have not had to use the Smart Diagnostics feature yet, but will be interested to see how that works. I am using less detergent and less water and more cold water and that has to be good for our household budget. This was one of the best buys we have ever made!

Purchased this to replace our 18 year old Maytag unit and it performs OK. The machine is louder than I thought it would be. Some times though it seems that the amount of water that the machine is using to wash with is not sufficient for the load size.

Easy to use. Quiet. Tremendous performance, especially in getting clothes clean. I really like the versatility of all the features--ranging from water temp, spin speed, various rinse/wash cycles, types of clothing and linens to choose. I especially like the programming feature so that I can start a cycle when I want so the sound and water usage it doesn't interrupt others in the house.

I have had a washer and dryer set for 20 years that I absolutely loved!!! I did not want to buy new ones, but they finally stopped working...sad... After reading many reviews on the LG washers & dryers I had to pick what I felt would be the best for us and last another 20 years!? Hopefully!! The washer is so updated and so interesting how it works-never seen anything like it. The tub is huge, and it adjusts the water levels itself. Amazing! Took a little getting used to at first trying to figure out the controls to what I wanted, but after a few washes I am figuring it out!! Excellent choice so far!!!

I did weeks of research before making a decision to purchase this LG top loading model. I had a front loading machine from another brand and I was not a all satisfied. My clothes come out of the wash smelling fresh and I love how dry they get in the ultra spin! I feel like I'm already saving money by using the dryer less. Thank you for making this superior product!

For the last 44 years have slept in the room next to our laundry. Can wash anytime day or night without the noise from the previous machines I had. Lg washers use less soap, less softener, less or no bleach, less water (which it determines the amount) and super clean clothes every time.

When it came time to replace our old washer, my wife and I were looking at front loaders. When we saw this top loader at the store we knew it was the rigth one. The washer is incredibly easy to use and i have noticed our clothes are cleaner and smell better. I'm amazed at how little water, detergent and softener are used with this washer. My wife loves that she can do few loads. I would recommend this washer to anyone. Take this HE top loader over any front loader.

I bought the washer/dryer for my mother. She is happy so... I'm happy. The guess my best comment would be: It works as advertised. If I had a complaint it would be... the physical height could be a few inches lower. I'm 5' 7" and it's a stretch to remove the clothes.

We just replaced a washer & dryer that was probably at least 15 years old. So the new technology and high efficiency were exciting changes for us. During the first cycle, my wife and I watched through the glass top intrigued as if we were a couple of cats watching the toilet empty. We were especially impressed with the machine's ability to sense the load and auto balance. Very cool! Of course, all of the various features make it easy to use and help make a necessary task more enjoyable. I think that LG has become synonymous with Quality. The unit is very stylish and the performance has been exceptional. We will absolutely recommend this product!
