Pros:	Easy to install, Quiet, flang is nylon i believe
Best Uses:	Large Kitchens

Got a great buy on this 1 hp unit. Could afford 3 of these to the other brands. Easy to install and quiet. Time will tell about the quality. It's built in China, suprise.
