So we really enjoy our new gas burners and the electric oven. Oven is very sophisticated and works great. The gas top burners are great with one big exception. They only have one dual burner. A second one would be a huge upgrade as the back burners seem somewhat weak. The dual burner is fantastic for large pots and is the only one that can heat them efficiently. So if you have 2 large pots or pans, you are out of luck.Probably the most disappointing feature are the plastic knobs on front. This is a beautiful appliance and they cheapened it with plastic knobs. made to look like stainless. How much more would real knobs cost? If nothing else, offer as an upgrade. Its just strange they decided to be cheap in front.Overall, we are pleased with the unit and it is beautiful, particularly when matched with microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.

The stove top racks to remove to clean are heavy. You can't slide them because it scratches so they have to be removed, placed on the floor to clean and lifted back up on top of the stove.The other quirk is that when the oven is baking it sweats. It actually drips moisture. We have had to place a dish towel on the oven handle and on the floor to catch the drips.

Recently purchased this dual fuel range and love all the great features. I do a lot of baking and the convection option is a real plus. Also really appreciate the sealed burners, as they are easy to clean. I haven't had the range long, but so far it is a great choice.
Rolls Royce vs Cadillac

Overall "eye appeal rating" we declare it to be that of a Rolls Royce; we're proud to own/display it . . . more so than "top of the line pro" dual fuel 30" slide in ranges we evaluated/compared it to. Overall placement of burners . . . hi limits of BTU of same AND ignition methodology . . . we rate at Cadillac's lowest priced product. Oven & electronic control features we rate @ a balanced combo of Rolls Royce & Cadillac.

Used only a month but very happy ....have purchased many many KitchenAid appliances over the years and keep coming back, enough said. Warming drawer on this unit is limited but functions fine, it also could be built with a little heavier gauge aluminum. Overall, would buy it again.

great design and performance

The burners are more than sufficient to sear, simmer or slow cook. The oven can do just about everything including dehydration. The clean function works great. A few things that can be changed:1) the temp probe doesnt register below 130 F. If you are cooking a roast to rare or medium rare, there is no way to tell what temperature its at. Due to this its only good for cooking fowl. In order to use the probe you have to enter a temperature you want the meat to be cooked to at which point the oven turns off. This is great unless you dont want that to happen. IE you want to cook something else or continue to cook the meat.2) to use the easy convect converter, the oven will reach the temperature equal to a standard oven and then start the countdown to complete baking time automatically. Unless you are staring at the oven and ready to put the item in the oven, you will not have the full baking time required. A better way would be for the oven to alert you it has reached the appropriate temperature. When you put it in, you can hit start then the timer will countdown to complete the baking conversion from conventional to convection. Other than that, I love it!

Front right burner is too small. Oven is very slow to heat u
Overall I like the design of this range. The only drawbacks are the size of the front right burner which should be similar to the right rear burner, and the oven is quite slow to come up to temperature. Also, It would be useful if the oven temperature would allow you to hold items in the oven to keep warm (below 170) - particularly for large oversize items which won't fit in the warming drawer.Other then that the range has performed well, appears well built. Once the oven comes up to temperature it holds heat well. I have used the dehydrate function which works well and am enjoying using this product..
Haven't used all tahe features yet.

Just one problem. When you lean towards the control panel, it beeps and lights up. Just have to hit "off button".

Great looking range and features!

I was looking for a high performance stove but lacked the space for a larger one. With the burner design I don't miss the 5th burner. It looks great and is easy to use. This range cooks and bakes evenly which was very important at 6200ft!
