When connected to a call (like voice mail or a corporate system), you have 2-3 secs to tap a button on the dial pad before screen is locked. Sometimes the screen relocks immediately. End up disconnecting the calls halfway thru the corporate systems (press 1 for this or 2 for that). Really annoying. I bought an LG b/c I have had such great phones in the past. Would gladly trade this in for one of those old fashioned LG Flip Phones that worked! Unnecessarily complicated non-smart phone.

I had to get this phone as my first phone in the begging of Middle school, because i had to pay for it myself. My first year, was a success using it, because it was cheap and had a camera, app center, music store, web, you name it and i was able to customize it a little, but my second year was unfair and this phone really just got irrating. I could not enter the Appcenter or Music store anymore, and i don't know why, the memory was starting to get low(if this happens i suggest you look into buying a sandisk), and also it always said i had 13 messages when i only had one. Overall, if your someone who needs a cheap phone, with an easy plan, and a few extra features than i suggest you buy this phone, but if you want your very own customized, compact phone than i would go for something with more to offer. Its really a good phone for starters but their will be some errors, and annyoinces.

This Phone IS ok. Don't buy it, though.

      By

I got this phone for my birthday, however, yesterday it froze and the screen turned white. Also, it wouldn't turn on until a couple minutes later. This has happened quite a lot. I'm going to the phone store to see what's wrong with it, but I might get a new phone.

This is a great product, but it has lots of bugs

When I was unable to buy a smartphone, I went looking for a good-quality feature phone. This one fit the bill. Although I really enjoyed it, a few bugs started popping up. In just 365 days, I went from loving this phone to absolutely hating it. It crashes literally every 30 seconds, randomly. My advice: If you need a feature phone to hold you off until you upgrade in a year, then buy it. However, if you need a phone that will last you for a few years, don't buy this phone, you can find better elsewhere. This phone has so much potential, I hope the LG Xpression 3.0 is better.

I liked the way this phone looked but after having it for over a year I wish I had something else. This phone will drive you crazy.

          Worst phone ever ....

          By

This phone turns sounds on itself, goes in different modes, etc. and I can never find help how to change it back. Very frustrating phone.

poor functionality when answering or calling

          By

          from Undisclosed

The configuration of the phone, buttons and slide design make it easy to hit the cancel button to drop a call. It sends calls when in my packet even after telling it to go into sleep mode. free with ATT but actually you pay every day

          terrible phone!!

          By

          from Utah, USA

this is a terrible phone. I cant just leave it in my pocket because it will get on to weird apps, call people multiple times, and get onto the browser. it takes 5 seconds to close out of something. the text box fills up so you have to delete messages every day to get new messages. every time I would slide my phone to text something it would restart witch was very frustrating. the touch screen and the internet is a joke and it takes forever to receive and send messages. very hard to work and the camera is terrible. a few times my mom has tried to call me and nothing went through when she called multiple times, it didn't show anyone was calling or that anyone had called. I have had my phone for 8 months and have hated it from the first month. do not get this phone or you will be stuck with a bad phone for 2 years!!

I got this phone free with a 2yr contract. I didn't want to pay for a data plan so this phone works. I have dropped it pretty hard and had no problems. The fact that the screen locks constantly is a bit annoying, but you get used to it. Great for texting, sound is great.
