We have been thrilled with our new double oven. It is packed with improvements and new features over the old oven we replaced. In a nutshell, the convection oven has produced some perfectly cooked roasts, the broiler is slightly hotter than our old oven and it browns the meat beautifully, and the warmer has been helpful when preparing multiple courses. We cook dinner for our family most evenings and have found this oven to be a great value for all of its features!

I recently purchased a Whirlpool double wall oven. I own a Whirlpool Duet washer/dryer and really like them so I felt comfortable about buying another of their products. The oven had issues almost from the day it was installed. It would intermittently turn off and then turn back on during baking. When I had a repairman out to look at it, he said it was a first generation oven and that they had issues with the thermostat. He replaced the control panel and told me I needed to get the fan replaced. About a week and a half later the oven died. No signs of life. I cook from my home for a living so I couldn't risk having an unreliable oven and had it replaced with a KitchenAid model that's been in production for a very long time. The other issue with this oven is that the fan that circulates the air (not the convection fan) is very, very noisy. The fan also runs for a while after the oven has been turned off to cool the unit down. I was very disappointed but hope that Whirlpool will work through all of the issues on this.

I absolutely am amazed at the performance of my whirlpool Cabriole washer and dryer... It is very quiet, cleans well and uses far far less water than my old washer used and the dryer performs as good as the washer . I have actually left the light on in the washer and watched it go through an entire normal cycle and I still can't figure out how it gets the clothes as clean as they come without an agitator!!! They are pretty to look at as well.

We love our new oven, although since our prior oven was so old, its taken us a little time to get comfortable with the more sophisticated controls. But apart from that we couldn't be happier.

The fan is extremely loud but the worst part is that its so variable it sounds like a 747 in distress. Every dinner guest I have had in the 3 weeks since install has commented how annoying it is. That cannot possibly be "normal" which is what I have been told

Besides being a double oven, this product also features convection in the upper oven. And it is a very attractive appliance with very clean lines.

The oven vents at the bottom into the kitchen. Oven was venting at high temperatures. Oven was checked out - installation perfect, thermostat perfect, seals perfect. Before oven even finished preheating, 128 degree hot air was pouring into kitchen. This is the design, and there was nothing that could be fixed. Apparently the venting temperature is within an acceptable range to Whirlpool and the oven works according to Whirlpool specs. Bottom line: I am left with an oven that I consider unusable unless I am willing to have my kitchen heat up to 128 degrees or more. This problem voids any good features. BUYER BEWARE! THERE IS NO RECOURSE! I HAVE TRIED!
