This double oven has plenty of room inside for even the most awkward pans. Has easy to use cook time and timer features in addition to both ovens having self cleaning capability. Really covers all my needs. One tiny drawback, the timer and cook time functions only apply to the top oven. Not sure why having the same functionality on both the top and bottom oven is such a difficult task. The main reason why we chose this one was the main feature of self cleaning availability on both top and bottom ovens. For some reason, manufacturers seem to think a customer would want no real features on the lower oven and the top with all the bells and whistles. We had a hard time finding an oven (that wasn't ridiculously overpriced) that had consistent features for both top and bottom. This one came the closest and we love it! We can live without the missing features on the bottom because at least it self cleans!

This double oven has some great features, but also it has some others that annoy me. First, what's great: the finish and design, the baking / broiling quality. The broiler works so well, it is almost like cooking on a grill! I love that, delicate dishes like fish, rare tenderloin filets, or chicken breasts, are always broiled to perfection. Now, what bugs me: I have to push really hard on the digital commands to set the temperature or timer. And most of all, the cooling vent is really loud and lasts forever. After we bake or broil, the vent will go on for a good half hour so loud that we think we are having dinner in the furnace room! It is such a relief when it stops. So now I tend to leave the oven door open after cooking to speed up the cooling process, but I don't think it's good for the cabinets above... and I definitely won't be able to do that when summer comes!

Either I got a lemon or you need to go back to the drawing board to redesign the vent fan. My oven is very loud with a whining/whistling noise. I can't believe you would be happy selling a product like this. Many appliances have fans, that are functional and quiet. Also, you market this oven as preheating quickly and mine takes forever. I am planning to pursue either having you check this oven to repair or replace. What are my options when I am so unhappy with my purchase?

This product is, on average, okay. I used a gas oven for 20 years, so switching to electric was a big change for me. it's been a bit of a learning curve. It cooks hotter than my gas oven did, so I burned a lot of things before getting used to it. I think this oven cook unevenly, but again it could be a "learning curve" issue. Time will tell.

It is a good value for the price. Easy to use but he cooling fan is a little noisy and run for a considerable time after you turn the oven off.

Purchased this oven a few weeks ago. The oven is very loud and annoying even in a large kitchen. The board was just changed out and it did not help. It has a high pitch hum during cooking and until cool down which seems an eternity. I am not sure if I will be able to live with it.

Okay, the oven is great in every regard except for the fact that it is obnoxiously loud! Our double oven is right next to the dining area, so it completely ruins the meal, especially since they designed it such that the friggin' fan runs for HOURS after turning the oven off. We've had double ovens before, and this is not necessary, though it's increasingly common on new models. It sounds like a microwave, but microwaves don't normally run for hours, nor do they need to cool down for hours. I'm going to try to figure out how to disable the fan. Friggin' miserable. I would love to hear Whirlpool's feedback on this issue and what they plan to do to address it. If the fan weren't so loud, I would've given this review five stars.

The oven work great but I'm not used to nor do I like the noise it makes and the fact I don't have the option of a conventional oven. Both ovens are convection.

Love the large size of both ovens and the window is great; no more opening the oven door to see if your dish is golden brown or charred. The only draw back is the ovens are very loud when on and when cooling down. The cooling down takes several hours, or so it seems, and the noise is irritating.

This is an excellent product. Very wide ovens so they can fit just about anything. We have no problems cooking things in both ovens at the same time. The display at the top is simple and easy to use. The display is great, being able to see the exact temp of the oven is great. Great double ovens and would definitely suggest this product to anyone. Only complaint is the exhaust fan stays on for about 30 minutes after cooking and is not the quietest thing in the world.
