            I do not have cable and use a wireless modem for the Internet. The Panasonic TV is cable and "wired" internet ready but does not have wireless capabilities for a Smart TV. This adapter allows for wireless transmission so that a person can use the TV's Smart features. This TV, itself is amazing and i was trying not to make the fact that it wasn't already wireless capable, a deal breaker. This adapter was out of stock for a while and no company had it. I was happy to see that ABT had it on order and they communicated constantly with me with updates. I've ordered things from other companies that were "out of stock" and in most cases, they will never get that product again, though you are waiting and waiting. Thank You ABT and if you have this TV, you'll want this adapter. If you don't have this TV, go get it. :o)
