This is a great product. Our Maytag failed after 10 years and we searched a number of options. This LG model fit the bill. We have many small loads and this product weights the load and recommends the amount of soap. Great economical feature. They even have a magnetic plunger that keeps the door slightly ajar to get air circulation when not in use! This avoids the mildew problem. In addition, they have a hose that pulls out from a door at the bottom so when we travel we can completely drain the tub! It is very quiet and cleans cloths great.

We purchased a LG front load washer and a LG front load dryer. Every day from the day we purchased the machines.... I ask my husband, have I told you today how much I love this new washer and dryer? I love the everything about them, the cleaning performance, the easy to use settings. I am sorry I waited so long to own and LG washer and dryer. We purhcased the LG products on a recommendation from a service/repair man. He said LG has the fewest repairs and he would only purchase LG products.

This is my first front loader and I just love my new LG. It is quiet, efficient (less water and soap), and makes doing my laundry fun and not such a chore. I have the matching dryer which is absolutely wonderful also. I bought the LG's because of the top ratings in Consumer Reports. I am really pleased with the products just wish they were easier to move around.

I am very pleased with my new LG washer. This is not my first LG product; and, I am thoroughly pleased with it. I bought the matching dryer at the same time and would highly recommend this product to anyone interested in a Washer. The clothes come out beautifully clean. The machine is very quiet. It has every 'bell and whistle' you can imagine on it. It is easy to clean and operate. I am definitely sold on this product and can assure you that LG now has a very loyal customer.

I purchased this washing machine about 3 months ago and i like it a lot. The only thing to watch out for is when the installers come please make sure the door closes properly, i've had some issues with the door closing. Wish it had a spin only cycle because sometimes when washing bulkier items they still seem a little damp. But overall it is a great product.

Raising three grandchildren we do a lot of laundry. Looking for a new washer we did our research and LG was the name that kept coming up as far as quality. We were also looking for ways to save on our water bill. We were amazed at how little water is needed to achieve such outstanding results. The children love the end song. This washer is amazing. Cleans great, uses a miniscule amount of water, gentle on clothes, and can coldwash or even steamwash! Automatically measures the size of your load...no guessing on your part. Has many different settings including prewash and timed wash. You can program it to any personal prefference settings you'd like. Simple to use...even I can do it. It's a set-it-and-forget-it kind of simple. It does everything. Wow...what a machine!!
