It's used for everyday microwave activities replacing a functional but much lower power unit.

It's very simple to use and works as expected. It's very quiet to the point where you often don't know it's on which is wonderful.

This is the second time we purchased this model. If this one lasts another 8 plus years it will be worth it.

This new one is about another two inches deeper inside than the previous model. The total depth is also 2" deeper so allow for a bigger hole or box to put it in.

replaced older kitchenaid microwave that was discontinued, this newer replacement model was easy to install, heats evenly and runs quietly, only con was the push button to open door was sticking but handyman was able to fix.

I really like the choice between weight and time defrost. I like the 30 second quick start. My old Kitchen Aid microwave had a 60 second quick start which was to long.

This is my second microwave from ABT-six years apart. Both sevice and delivery were outstanding. The customer service representative took the time to help me find the microwave that fit my needs. It was delivered in 2 days--outstanding!! I also had a question after the arrival of my microwave that the service representative answered promptly.

I bought the floor model, saving about $100. Looked great, but broke after just 3 weeks. It wouldn't turn off. Even if I unplugged it, when I plugged it back in, turntable and fan started up immediately. No command was entered, I couldn't cancel it, couldn't enter any time. ABT took it back with no problem. I exchanged it for another brand.

We really needed a 24" microwave to fit into our cabinet. This is the best looking one we could find. It is expensive so we expected it to be less noisy and smoother to operate. But it fell short of that. It feels clunky when you close it, makes noise when you operate it. There is a thin cover on the control panel which is already showing bubbles trapped and I expect it to come off in a month or so.

Overall no complaints on cooking performance as we don't really cook much in microwave. We just use it to heat leftovers.
