After having the stove for less than a month the electrical board had to be replaced. Once that was replaced I thought the panel would be easier to use. I had to push very hard to use the controls on the panel. Im in my mid 40's and if I were an elderly person I would not be able to use my applicance. I talked with the store and they exchanged for a different brand. We remodeled our kitchen with Whirpool appliances and unfortunately this one had to be returned.

This is a stylish and efficient use of space. It has so much to offer, but the double oven is the best and has cut down by cooking time tremendously.

I, unlike most women, do all the cooking and have really appreciated all the features this dble/oven range has. The room is amazing and being able to cook so many different things at once is what I really like. Thanks for thinking of everything when you made this appliance!

Really enjoying cooking with even temperatures. The stove works very nicely. The convection cuts my cooking time down. And I am really enjoying cooking in the smaller oven because it doesnt heat up my small kitchen space!!

Very pleased with build quality of appliance. Eyes heat quickly; however, hard to fine-tune setting to warm or simmer. The touchscreen takes some getting used to programming sequence; but, once understood is rather intuitive with good feedback. Unfortunately, it takes far more force to press screen than it should. Overall very pleased with appliance and look forward to many years of use.

I'm surprised by how much I love having two ovens. We've used them way more than I thought. I especially like how quickly the smaller oven heats up and I LOVE the convection. I've been spotted more than once sitting on the floor watching stuff cook through the window. I love it. My only problems are that if my tea kettle turns towards the electronic control panel, the steam goes up into the panel and fritzes out the controls. They reboot themselves eventually, but it's annoying. The buttons are also a little stiff. The burners cycle through hot and off and this creates great temperature control, but is annoying when you're trying to heat up a cool pan... it seems to take longer. I do love the glass top and it has been easy to clean. I love the warmer spot on the stove. It is a beautiful oven. Overall this oven has inspired me to bake more and clean my kitchen more.

We had an old range the was in the corner of L shaped counter. Was a slide in that was raised up a couple of inches and the depth was shallower than standard. When it died, all the new ranges were much deeper. And because of the L-shape counter design we lost an adjacent drawer, which had to slide open, going across front of range.. My solution was to get a double oven - now we can still access the drawer by opening the top oven door. While looking at electric ranges, we were checking out refridgerators as well and whirlpool was the only one that had a water dispenser on outer door for 30" width. Based on that, my research into Whirlpool's dependability and the desire to have matching appliances that are almost side by side, I narrowed it down to this stove and their other double oven range. I went with this range because of the additional burner btu and lower oven convection capability. Overall, we love the stove, especially being able to use two ovens simultaneously. Based on our experience thus far, I highly recommend this product. Like it so much we are now going to upgrade the microwave vent with a whirlool 2.0 cf/ 400cfm unit. + Double oven is the bomb - looking forward to doing two pizzas at a time!!! + Classic look of stainless with the black cooktop. + Convection capability in bottom oven + Great job on the four burners with two having dual sizes plus the warming spot. I do have a few things I wish Whirlpool could upgrade to enhance this product: - The "Hot Surface" warning is too small. Would be better if there was a warning near each element so you knew where the it was hot... - Would be nice to be able to lock doors for child safety - we have a new born and concerned lower oven door could be easily opened and the child could get hurt. Since there's some locking mechanism for cleaning, could easily have a subroutine for child safety. I installed the anti-tip bracket, so tipping is not a concern. - The control panel can be confusing at times, especially if someone is unfamiliar with stove, "helping out". An interesting design could be replacing controls with a touchscreen that has a better Graphical User Interface or better still, have range wifi enabled with an app for a smartphone interoperability. - As stated above, love the flexibility and power of the different size burners, but it would be awesome to have an additional rectangular burner ribbon to accommodate a griddle to do pancackes. Overall we are very happy with our decision to go with the whirlpool brand. The appliances look stunning with the cherry cabinets.
