Sharp AQUOS 60" Black LED Flat Panel HDTV - LC60LE600U

Great TV! Shipped fast and was easy to mount to the wall. The picture quality is great. The only con is the sound quality. I will definitely be getting a sound bar or speaker system for the TV. Other than that you can't beat the price as well as the free shipping and no tax!

I do think this TV is very good. One thing I did not like was that a week or ten days after purchasing, the price fell an extra $100.00 because of another rebate. I do believe the selling store would be aware of that and inform me it was going to happen.

After comparison shopping you could not beat the TOTAL price ( Tax , Shipping Delivery to the home)
Just the best on the market for the price.

This Sharp 60" LCD/LED TV is the only current LCD/LED 60" model that I could find. It is lighter weight than other brands and uses less power, both are big pluses. It does not have a sound equalizer however as does a Samsung 47" TV I recently purchased. The menu selections for picture control and audio control are confusing, as is the owner's manual, and I had to call both Sharp and ABT on questions. Both Sharp and ABT offered outstanding customer service regarding my questions. However the picture control options seem to be over kill.

ABT service rep was very helpful and professional. Delivery was on time and TV in good condition.

After waiting for 3 weeks for the delivery, the screen didn't from the first minute of setup. Now I'm waiting another week for a repair. VERY frustrating and disaapointing considering an $1000++ purchase.

I bought this TV and returned it after a few days of use. I do not recommend it. I think mine was defective since it looked much better in store. There was a ton of backlight bleeding which made it look like flashlights around the edges and the blacks were cloudy. All the blacks were gray. I tried to configure it to look better but i couldnt. Also motion was very blurry. ABT has been great thus far. They price matched the TV for me another store and they agreed to accept my return once i told them the picture issues i was having.

I bought the Samsung UN55ES7003 instead. Blacks are black on it at least. 240hz makes the motion smoother. However, all Edge Lit LED TVs are not very good. But that is what we are stuck with unless you want a plasma.

This TV was a lot better than expected. I heard some negative reviews but after having it for a few weeks I would have to disagree. It's not 240hz but thats not important. It does everything I need it to do well enough and half the price of anything else its size.

Sadly, this TV is still Cable-TV signal centric. I would expect most users would use HDMI inputs even with cable. It does a cable signal search in setup that is a waste of time and makes you work at to exit but that's the only real negative. The picture is so great it almost looks like 3D. It's simple to switch between inputs with the remote and you can rename them to meet your usage. Although I need an HDMI switchbox to accommodate my 5 devices, the 3 HDMI inputs should suffice for most users. It can automatically adjust screen brightness to match changing room lighting or you can set it to a constant display. It's a great value!

this tv is on about 20 hours a day and so far no problems.
