Ninja Black Professional Blender - NJ600

Overall seems to work nicely. Chops ice well. Easy to clean (just throw pitcher, blade, and lid into dishwasher). Seems well made (but note that the lid is quite tight-fitting making it difficult take on and off).

On the negative side, it's a bit noisy. Also, if you add a lot of ice or frozen fruit but don't put sufficient liquid in then most of the ice/frozen food just gets thrown to the sides of the pitcher and remains there (i.e., the blades will no longer blend). Need to add enough liquid so that the stuff on the walls gets "washed down" back towards the blades.

Overall it's a good blender.

I love this product. I used my mother's so I knew how it worked. Awesome

It works great crushing ice or a a food processor. It does not do as we'll blending smoothies.

When crushing ice, power is the name of the game and the Ninja has the power to do the job well and quickly.
