Panasonic 32" White LED 1080P HDTV - TC-32LEW56

This is a top brand TV, so I was surprised about the light snow in the picture. I have tried all the re-sets, had the cable box signal checked, its ok. Customer service has a canned speach about the problem being the cable box. Purchased a Samsung 65", has an outstanding clear picture
on a cable box.
Could be something wrong with the set but they will never admit it.
You would hope a strong brand name would be interested in solving the problem but no such luck.

First of all, chose for the minimalist and sleek aesthetics. TV fits my decor perfectly--I'm not into a big black hole in my modern living room. Secondly, this TV has the most inputs I could find and it has adapters (though I connected ethernet) plus ease of using Netflix, etc., and sound is great for such a thin LED. OK, now, I'm not totally in love with PQ, it tends to appear faded. There's lots adjustments to make in picture modes and yet no rich blacks or color saturation. Maybe I'm still learning its quirks. I use indoor antenna, not cable STB, but my other TVs get perfect resolution...

Service and delivery comments:

delivery as expected, arrived in good shape--but I must say Panasonic DOES NOT package as well as one would expect for shipping cross-country.

Abt tech support & customer service are not familiar with this model. They were unhelpful. I wasn't impressed when I was told to call Panasonic and ask for tech to come check and/or replace panel. Panasonic is also not familiar with this model. Duh???
