We've had our oven for several months, and I really enjoy it. It's a beautiful appliance. The interior walls are cobalt blue, which is a pleasant surprise whenever you open the oven. I really like the "handle" on the oven shelves. The heat seems to be very even. I also appreciate the style of the oven door. The inside glass, instead of being a cutout window, covers the entire inside surface of the door, which makes cleaning a whole lot easier.There are a couple of negatives. If you heat the oven to 350, then want to bump it up, for example to 425, it takes forever to increase to that temperature. The other thing is, I can't figure out how to do a delay start, if I want to go away and have the oven start, say, in 2 hours.A feature that is new to me is the Sabbath setting, which I believe is becoming an industry standard. I think this is something that really appeals only to a small percent of oven users.

I purchased this oven because my previous oven was a Kitchenaid and for the most part I was pleased. However, I cannot say the same for this oven model. My main complaint is the oven fan that is too loud, it is actually louder than my dishwasher. Also, to warm to 350 deg. it takes 16 minutes and if you want to increase the temp, forget about it. That is not going to happen. I will mention a couple of good features, the keypad and the overall look.

We purchased this oven about two months ago and I absolutely love it! It looks amazing, and works really well. I was worried it would take a long time to heat up, since our last over did. I have to say that I would suggest pre-heating early because it does take some time, but it is faster than my previous oven. It cooks evenly and I am so happy we made this purchase.

Installation of oven was straightforward with no issues. Oven was installed two days before Thanksgiving and everything turned out great. Would purchase again.
The kitchenaid Oven is truly a piece of art. It is beautiful within and out and cooks wonderfully. I love the oven light feature and the timer features.
Large Oven Mis-Placed Heat Vent

Vent is located at the bottom of oven and heats up the kitchen. Other than the vent it is a great oven.

I am not happy with this oven. I must reduce both cooking time and temperature on all my recipes in order to not burn them. Even canned biscuits with a standard cooking time burn every time.
This works great and is easy to clean because the coils are within the walls and are not exposed.
Great Oven - but Be AWARE
We bought this oven in mid-December. It is a great oven, cooks so evenly and accurately. Wait until pre-heat is complete until putting food in, BUT do NOT put anything in the bottom of your beautiful new blue oven to protect that surface. The first time we used it, food spilled and we could not get it off by scrubbing it or cleaning cycle. So Christmas morning I thought we should protect it - didn't want sticky candied yams dripping and making a bigger mess. So I lined it with aluminum foil as I had done with my old, element-on-the-bottom ovens. DO NOT LINE WITH FOIL! I wish these words had been printed in huge letters on the front page of the manual or the oven. The foil stuck to the bottom, and we have worked for a month to scrape it off to no avail. There is still a pretty big mess, though Goo-Gone has worked the best to loosen what we have been able to get off. The original food spill was gone after cooking in it all Christmas day, and it still cooks very well.It does state it in the manual not to use a liner, but I wish it had been a WARNING, not just listed, for something that will totally ruin the look of the oven. Hope this helps someone else keep the beautiful blue you want to show your friends and family.
