Having limited space in a recent kitchen remodel required buying an oven with small dimensions. This Kitchen-Aid 27 inch Convection Double Wall Oven delivered the most interior space with a seamless installation. The blue interior is not only eye poppingly beautiful, but easy to clean. I love having three shelves that fit my cookie sheets!Features are easy to use and I especially enjoy the "bread proofing" feature. This past Thanksgiving meal was a breeze to fix! It's a quality product that I look forward to using for many years to come! I actually enjoy cooking and baking again!

In April, 2013 I replaced most of my kitchen appliances and since I had enjoyed the Kitchenaid appliances that were in our home when we purchased it in 1989, decided to replace them with Kitchenaid again. It has been very difficult to use this oven with the lack of sufficient instructions in the manual. I like setting the oven for the temperature I want to bake with one step and allowing me to raise or lower the temperature with just a turn of a dial instead of all the steps necessary to accomplish same on this oven. I also put some aluminum foil in the bottom of the oven to catch any drips like I have always done in previous ovens and the foil melted on the bottom of the oven with no way to remove it without using harsh chemicals. Due to the extreme damage that can be done a BIG WARNING should be put on the oven door when it is installed not to do this; not just a sentence mentioning it in the manual. When you have three manuals to review, it is not easy to remember every instruction. It has ruined the appearance of the oven and I will now have to live with it for many years unfortunately. I also was not aware that Kitchenaid had sold out to Whirlpool, so it is really not a Kitchenaid product with their great reputation but a Whirlpool product. The microwave and the cooktop have been satisfactory, however. If you have any solutions to my baked on foil in the oven I would appreciate hearing from you.

Having too many failures
from Pleasanton, CA
Wish I could give it a "0" rating. I have had nothing but trouble with this oven since day one. Sadly I replaced a JennAir that had been wonderful for 18 years. The temp. varies as much as 75deg. when set at different temperatures. I bought it in Nov. 2015, struggled thru the holidays trying to get used to it, had your warranty repair man here in Feb. Was told this was the nature of the beast as it is engineered to have the broiler element recycle off and on for "energy efficiency" "Nothing he could do to fix it" I have destroyed so many dishes that I have made for 50 years. Mainly breads and cakes., It changes, just had to dump a Pineapple-upside down carrot cake in the garbage, I made one 2 months ago that turned out great. This oven is driving me nuts, I can't believe KitchenAid purposely engineered an oven to work like this , I have a KitchenAid refrigerator, dishwasher and stovetop that work very well. Please tell me this is not normal and can be fixed. I'm afraid to invite any one to dinner, (which I love to do) for fear of what kind of disaster will happen. Can't even make a decent pan of biscuits or cornbread which I have made all of my life, no amount of adjusting helps, it has a mind of it's own. HELP!

As an Executive Chef I'm very knowledgeable about ovens. This is a commercial grade double oven. People complain about the noise - there is a very slight whispering sound as it cools off but it's very quite. I'm glad this is a true convention oven. Most people are unaware of why it's superior method of cooking but it's vital to have for a professional finish to your baking. I'm pleased to use this in my home everyday.

Oven is beautiful & works well.I HATE the noise it makes. It is very loud when its on. (not just the convection oven). I can hear it running at least 2 rooms away from the kitchen. After I turned the oven off, it ran for over an hour to cool down. Just imagine baking something that takes hours - have to listen to it the entire time + the time it takes to cool down. I'm not a happy camper. The only reason I would not recommend this to a friend is because of the noise level!!

Happy with the additional interior space in a 27" wall oven. This is so much of an improvement over the last one!

My wife and I bought this oven because our old one was going to die in use at any moment. Once it quit we had the new one installed. This oven is great. It has all the bells and whistles you can ask for and works like a charm. Everything we have cooked in it has come out perfect. I wish we would have installed it as soon as we got it.

Purchased 12/06/13. First F3F3 error occured 11/2014-dried out and worked until 11/2015 when it happened again. Now it will not work .Company will not do anything since it is past the one year warranty. 2 years old and a lemon. As long you do not cook anything that produces steam you should be fine.

I am a fan of KitchenAid and the fact that they stand behind their products. I am also thankful that they continue to make a quality 27-inch wall oven.
