This is the best washing machine ever! The clothes are cleaner, I can fit larger items into this machine and they come out clean and fresh. The buzzer is a pleasant musical sound versus an annoying buzzing sound. The options are numerous, and give me choices for the type of washing I need. I'm proud to show off my laundry room for the first time in my life!

What took me so long in getting this machine. I just love it. It quiet. It washes much better than my old top loader and my whites are much whiter. I wash every day, due to elderly mother. I going to get a LG 3D TV next. Then a refrigerator. So keeper making it better. Customer for life.

Love the new washer. Holds huge loads and works very well. Only downside is the need to leave door open so drum can dry out after loads. If you forget you will notice the smell. Overall a great washer.

We have just upgraded our 10 year old washer for the LG WM3470 and the differences are amazing. a) It is so much quieter. b) it cleans so much better. c) it is using so much less water. d) it might look complicated but it is so easy to use and that comes from my wife who is techno-phobic. This machine is so much better all round I wished that we had changed sooner. I had not realized that washers had improved so much in the last decade.

I researched online and in stores many different washers but found I like the LG the best. They had the best features; large wash capacity and one of the longest warranties. I've only had it a month now but I don't mind doing laundry anymore. It doesn't take as long to do a load, It spins out so much of the water that the clothes dry in about 20 minutes. I purchased the matching dryer also.

We replaced a top loader washer that was approximately 10 years old. I had no idea how inefficient my old washer was until we got our new LG. My clothes are much cleaner, fresher, and are being treated more gently than ever before. When I take them out of the washer to put into our new LG front loader dryer, they are practically dry already! LOVE THIS MACHINE and l only wish I had replaced our old out dated top loader much sooner. This is the best!
