No more slouching

Best Uses

I sit at a desk here at Abt for 10-12 hours a day. Bad posture at my desk combined with other factors caused me to have significant back problems starting a few years ago.

After having a great experience with one of their mattresses and their pillow, I was hoping they could help at work too.

While not what I expected, it has greatly helped. You just can't slouch or sit incorrectly on this. It forces you into good posture. My only complaint is that I'm lucky I'm thin. It's barely wide enough for me. Anyone larger would have a problem. It's also not soft like I thought it would be. It's quite firm. Turns out that's a good thing, but don't expect it to be like putting a pillow on your chair.
