Hardwood cutting board for use on Viking Professional Series gas range, dual fuel range and gas rangetop products. It fits 12 inch wide griddle plate; use two for 24 inch wide griddle plate.

I use my hot plate extensively and it is well seasoned. But well seasoned also mean uneven coloration. This top covers it well and the new little notch at the top makes it even move stable.

This is the second one that I've had to purchase. The board dries out fairly quickly and starts to split into 3 separate pieces. My first one eventually split after about 3 years. It seems to be the only option to fit over the griddle though.

Haven't had the chance to use it since our new home still isn't finished. What I do like so far is that it fits perfectly on top of my griddle and offers some "workspace".
