I bought my dishwasher as an open item. The price was great for the stainless steel appliance. I've been using the machine about a month. It clean the dishes very well. I find it to be quiet as well. My only trouble is loading the racks. I find them awkward. I had so much trouble initially, that I downloaded the manual and actually checked the loading instructions. For example, the bottom rack is designed to hold a huge number of dinner plates, salad plates and saucers, each in their own section. However, the salad plate section just won't fit an overflow of dinner plates. The design is too rigid. I'm having some trouble with bowls as well. In short, good machine so far, but you need to be inventive with the loading.

This dishwasher is very quite, at least most of the time and my kids like the little ding-dong songs it plays when you press the buttons. I guess it looks fine. The adjustable top rack adjusts well enough between the two positions. The inside (where no one looks) seems to stay shiny. I guess that's nice too. That completes the positive part of the review. For the remainder, I'll try to go in order of greatest annoyance to least. Don't get me wrong, I really liked Samsung until now. I've had quite a few of their products and have been very happy with them overall, but this has soured that relationship quite significantly. This dishwasher has absolutely terrible cleaning performance. I have used several name-brand, high quality detergents, tried stacking dishes differently, pre-rinsed everything, even pre-washing anything that looked even slightly messy and checked the little nozzles in the arms but it makes no difference. This dishwasher doesn't clean dishes well. It didn't the first day and it hasn't any day since. Since this is task number one for a dishwasher (washing dishes, that is), this is a really big fail right there. I included a picture of some bowls in my last load. I load them now skipping tines so they're not "stacked" AT ALL, the bottom of the first bowl and the top of the second are an inch apart, LOTS of space between them, yet look what's left. And please note that food residue is soft and rinsed off. It is quiet but only when I the drain pump isn't running. For some unfathomable reason when you turn it on and close the door, the first thing it does is noisily try to drain the dishwasher for about 4 or 5 seconds. At a couple of other points throughout the cycles it'll do the same thing for anywhere from 5 to 30 seconds. Otherwise it's reasonably quiet. This dishwasher uses rinse aid at least 4 or 5 times as fast as our old one. And since it doesn't really get the dishes very clean, "costs 5x as much in rinse aid" isn't really a useful "feature" to have. All of the prongs that hold dishes are too close together and are too vertical. I know Samsung would like you to believe that you can put 12 place settings in it, but you can't because they'll never come clean. All your dishes will fall over anyway because the tines are terribly spaced and angled, but I don't think I need to belabor that point because it's my own fault for not having brought enough of my dishes to the store to test with. Anyway, if you put just a single well-rinsed glass, plate and fork in it you'll have a better than 50% chance they'll all come out clean. Anything more and I'll guarantee at least one item (probably 4 or 5) will need to have food remnants chipped out of it and rewashed by hand. Sometimes with all the pre-rinsing I've had to learn to do I think that this dishwasher *adds* food to the load. I can't think of any other reason so much food detritus would be left otherwise. There's no way to turn off the heated dry setting, which basically is just a "bake on all the food particles I left on your dishes so you have to chip them off."

Waited a long time to switch from electric to gas range. Not just a great looking range. The cook top and the oven are a pleasure to use. The convection oven works very well, makes wonderful bread that is evenly browned all over. I have recommended this product.

Love this product, it has so many features! Makes us want to cook more. Daughter works for a parts company and told us that Samsung (and a B brand) had the least requests for parts. We were sold. Would highly recommend this gas range.
This is my first time using a Samsung Gas Range. I'm impressed. It works as beautifully as it looks.. Awesome.
Beautiful and functional
This stove is great. Great features and works perfect. It was very easy to hook up and convert to propane.
This is an excellent product

I just received it yesterday and works great, looks fabulous. I onlyrics gave 4 stars for design because of the flimsy bottom drawer.
So far so good

Comments about Samsung 24" Built-In Stainless Dishwasher:
At first we had regrets about this purchase since we read the reviews after our purchase but after running a few dishes through all those doubts were washed away. The first thing we had noticed was that Samsung dishwashers do not have a heated dry, which was the main issue with the below average ratings. Prior to running any dishes through a clean cycle we assumed our dishes would come out wet and would require us to dry them. That was not the case. The dishes come out extremely hot and dry. It does a great job cleaning the dishes. We have no issues so far with our purchase.

I purchased this brand after many months of researching all products my final decision came when my daughter in law purchased the same exact gas range a year ago and said she was very happy with the features and said I wouldn't be sorry to buy this product. I waited a long time to buy a stove and wanted to make sure that I bought something that would last and work for my needs and my daughter in law answer to all my questions and her assurance from her that I would be happy with my purchase. I also have another product from SAMSUNG I am also delighted to say that I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 phone and have never been happier to have purchased it i am positive that I will have many years of enjoying using my new gas range and all its great features especially the dehydrate feature and convection feature
SAMSUNG STOVE NX58F5500SS

I love the clean lines of my new stove. I had a new kitchen installed and picked 3 out of 4 Samsung appliances. The stove was just what I wanted and it was on sale which is always a good thing. I use to hate to cook in my old kitchen and stove - no more with the new stove and plenty of counter space. I also love to bake and with a new stove everything turns out looking yummy.
Nice but Tough Install
from Manchester, OH
We recently purchased this range and had to convert it from natural gas to propane (LP). My spouse and I have a lot of experience at do-it-yourself. Changing out the orifices is generally no big deal. We didn't have trouble with this either until the baking element orifice, OMG! The instructions weren't clear and the orifice was tough to locate and to change. It took stopping to find a YouTube video which did help. It would be great if Samsung would do a video for people who want to take this on versus paying to have the installation completed by a technician.
