I owned the 2030 for a couple years and was happy with it. I thought about upgrading but worried I spend more for the same picture quality as the 2030. I gambled and bought the 3500 and wow, it is an upgrade, with a brighter, clearer, sharper picture and good black levels. The difference between the 2030 and the 3500 is very noticeable and the 3500 clearly wins. You can't miss with 3500!!

I love the projector and watching movies in the media room. The clarity and color are really good on this projector. I am having issues and will have to send it back under warranty. The first thing that happened was HDMI 1 failed. I thought it was my fiber optic active HDMI cable but turned out it was the input. I switched over to HDMI 2 and it worked fine until one day I was watching a movie/TV and the screen turned pink. Switching to a different channel and then back corrects it. After my company leaves next week I will be boxing this up and sending back for warranty repair.

Bright is an UNDERSTATEMENT!
Comments about Epson Espon PowerLite Home Cinema 2000 2D/3D 1080p 3LCD Projector:
I had been looking to replace an older SharpVision 720p projector for some time. My theater room is a living room with a 8' doorwall, my throw distance was over 16; and I am using a 125"diag. painted screen, so I needed something with punch. Also due to recent remodeling I needed lense shift, the projector is more than 2' off center to the screen. I did my research and decided on the Home Cinema 3500. After opening the box and plugging everything in I was amazed, I now had a centered, BRIGHT, clear picture in full daylight! I am more than please with the 3500 display and looking forward to movie night!

Best Decision Ever
from Pauma Valley, CA, United States
So I bought this Projector a few months back and I have to say it is fantastic. I was facing the choice of a new T.V. for at least 2k or this projector for about half the price. I use it for movies and T.V., It has plenty of ports for hooking up to it and the quality is great. the lumens are bright enough to see the picture clearly during the day but it helps to have the drapes shut. my only complaint is I had to go get a sound bar because the projector does not have speakers, I was in aware of that when I bought it but the awesomeness of the projector makes up for it. If you are having a hard time deciding between a new T.V. or a projector I would say go for the projector!
Best home projector period
from Drums PA
I have had several projectors over the years. When I decided to upgrade again, I spent 2 months researching for the best bang for the buck. I had a $1800 budget. This projector surpasses my expectations. When we used my last projector, we had to wait until it was dark outside and all the lights had to be off. with the 3600E, we can watch movies during the day and with the room lights on. The picture is almost as good as my 4K flat screen TV, but it is also twice the size. Its like going to a movie theater! The wireless feature was well worth it. I can connect my computer to the transmitter and switch from it to my Blue Ray or DVD player easily. It was worth every penny I spent!

Superb High Def Projector - Home Cinema 3000
There simple is nothing wrong with the 3000. Controls are easy to use, contrast is sharp, even on econo setting. The fan is extremely quiet. The crispness of the picture is noticably better than my 6 year old Epson High Def projector - which suffered a cataract-like breakdown in the lenses. Hopefully this new model won't have the same fate. Only problem is Epson itself. With a new product (the projector), I am hounded regularly about deals for paper, ink, etc. Not useful for a projector.

Used for about a month easy set up I heard some concerns about fan noise I do not hear any the picture quality is great even in daylight I have in a building I built with at least 20 windows and no curtains and I watch it day and night I have my computer hooked up to it for All sorts of movies and searches the quality of the projector was a lot more than I expected and am plaining on replacing the living room TV with a 3500.

We are really enjoying the Projector - great for Movies and Sports
I have my projector mounted on the ceiling at 16 feet with a 144 inch screen the picture is clear with good color the 3d works good has played all types I have tried basic set up and focus was easy the only complaint I would have is the cooling fan is noisy but not a big deal the price versus value will depend on how long it lasts I have bad eyes so I love the big screen wish I had one 20 years ago
