For the price, it is an excellent vacuum. It handles the deep carpet much better than our more expensive Eureka.

We have mostly Pergo in our great room and 2 large area rugs. I find the vacuum to easily go from floor to rugs with no effort. I appreciate the long cord for doing steps. The suction is amazing on any surface. I haven't found anything not good or to complain about. I am truly satisfied with this product and have recommended it to many friends and family!

Very easy to maneuver and suction is better than expected. Drawbacks are small bag size, too short hose, and flimsy plug that disconnects from outlet during use. All that considered, still can't beat this for the price.
Very impressed with free shipping and speed of delivery. Wonderful company; would definitely buy from again.
