Service and delivery comments:
DELIVERY WAS AS PROMISEDwas packed so well it was in marvelous conditionBe sure you have the proper amount of space. It was 29 and 13/16" wide and we had 29 and 7/8"also you should be aware that it requires 110 amps. We had 220 from previous stove had to get it converted before installation. I also did not realize that dual fuel means gas top and oven.

Great so far

Overall we are very pleased with this range. The only drawback is that the fan is a bit noisy, and there is no way to turn it off. Now, in a normal kitchen, with people around, it's barely noticeable. However, if you're on your own, you'll notice. Personally I wish they would just do away with the fans in these but I can understand the design reasons for them. The burners are good, all light quickly. The griddle one in the middle has been particularly useful. The touchpad is a bit sensitive, I've woken it up a few times without meaning to, but it doesn't automatically start a function without another key press, so there's been no cause to complain there, really, and I think it's probably likely with other ranges of this type, so it would be best to just be a bit careful. The knobs are smooth in operation and light the burners quickly. We replaced a 15 year old slide-in gas range with this one. The old one didn't have a fan and had a recessed back, so it fit a bit better in our case (our gas valve juts out from the wall a bit) and so far, after about a month, we're pretty happy with this one.
We've only had the range a couple weeks. So far so good. It's great to cook on. Plenty of stove space and a spacious oven.

I was in denial when my old stove slowly started dying for several weeks. When it finally stopped working we made a quick trip to ABT. I had no intention of buying a Samsung. While I respect them for their tablets and smartphones, I wasn't about to spend $2000 and up for a stove by Samsung. I carefully reviewed all the other stoves in the $1500-$3000 range. I wanted a 5 burner with a center grate for either grilling or making pancakes on the weekend. I came close with the GE, but I couldn't justify spending an additional $750. I took a chance on this stove and went with the 3 year warranty. I love to cook and I've been very impressed at the precise control of the flame whether sautéing or baking. It's been great so far and easy to clean. I highly recommend it and did I mention, It looks pretty sharp also.
