High Performance Cooktop Features:
- 4 powerful sealed dual head high efficiency gas burners (inner and outer ring of flame for even cooking)
- All burners are state-of-the-art and powerful -- 15,000 BTUs of high efficiency with two rings of flame ports for better heat distribution. Every burner also has a separate 450 BTU burner to allow for the perfect simmer. It’s precise and responsive control.
- 15,500 BTU maximum, 450 BTU simmer for each burner
- Easy clean porcelain coated burner bowls
- Porcelain coated cast iron grate for each pair of burners
- Automatic flame re-ignition
- Sealed style burners light through electronic ignition and automatically re-ignite at the same level should the flame extinguish.
- Choice of gas or propane
- Optional grill: 2 – 7,500 BTU grill burners with separate controls. Easy clean-up features include removable porcelain coated grill pit, drain pan and grill.
- Convenient additions for today’s favorite styles of cooking! The grill has 15,000 BTUs – two 7,500 BTU burners each with its own control. Grill is available only on 36" model.
- Accessories: griddle plate (fits securely on either grate), wok ring
- Griddle Plate: Support is stainless steel for long lasting and easy clean up. The griddle plate is ribbed on one side for grilling and holds excess grease while cooking. Flat side of griddle plate suited for pancakes and similar foods.
- Wok Ring: Stainless steel 9" diameter ring manufactured to fit standard size woks. The wok ring is designed to fit into the grate fingers of Metro and Legacy series ranges.

- Large capacity 5.9 cubic foot porcelain Pyrolytic self-clean convection oven
- In addition to being loaded with features, the oven is exceedingly large. It features a 3 element system – the bottom for standard baking, the rear for convection baking and a highly innovative instant on/instant off ribbon broiler.
- Self-clean and convection are standard. With convection, a powerful fan circulates heated air over, under, and around food in the oven. The moving air penetrates the food faster than still air in a regular oven. Hot spots are eliminated too. What are the tasty results? Uniform cooking and superior baking occur even when doing entire meals or using multiple racks.
